NOTE - The following fees are applied for internet ticket orders:

Internet Fee (to ticket company) - $2 per ticket

Edison College Facility Fee - $2 per ticket

SWFLSO Handling Fee - $5 per order

You can order via phone by calling The Symphony Box Office at 239.418.1500.

In Person
Stop in for a visit and place your order in person!

Fax
Simply send us your contact information, seats desired and credit card information and we will call you with your confirmation and seat numbers. Our fax number is 239.418.0725.

Please note: Even on concert weekends, the box office will not be open on Saturday or Sunday. (If you need tickets to the event, please go to the concert venue and purchase tickets at the door for no additional charge.)

TICKET POLICIES
 

Payment

All ticket orders must be paid in full before they can be processed. We accept Discover, American Express, Mastercard, VISA, checks and cash as payment.
 
Refunds & Exchanges
There are no refunds or exchanges on single tickets.
 
Voucher/Gift Certificates
To redeem a voucher or gift certificate, you must come into the box office in person prior to the concert you wish to attend. You cannot redeem vouchers at Mann Hall.
 
Lost Tickets
If you lose your tickets before the concert, you may call the box office at 239.418.1500 to have them reprinted or simply come to the Will Call window just before the concert and you will be issued a location pass.
 
Will Call
Any tickets not mailed will be available at the Will Call window one hour prior to the concert.
  

Box Office Hours:

April 1-May 1: Monday through Friday, 10 AM - 4PM

May 1 - September 30: Monday through Thursday, 10am to 3pm


October 1 - April 30: Monday through Friday, 10am to 4pm
