After an intense search for new artistic leadership that spanned the course of nearly three years, The Southwest Florida Symphony only had to look as far as its neighbor to the south, Naples, to discover who will lead Lee Countyโ€™s crown jewel of arts and culture into the future.

At the final Youth Orchestra concert of the season, Ellen Schneider, our Past President and interim chair of the Scholarship Program, was happy to present the $1,000 John Hudson Scholarship to My Vu, the Assistant Concertmaster. My Vu will be attending the University of Florida and majoring in engineering, but we're sure her violin playing will continue to give her and her listeners much pleasure. ... See MoreSee Less
